Frequently asked questions
Is AeroCAD free to use?
Yes. AeroCAD is currently free for signed-in users. We may introduce paid plans in the future and will give existing users notice before any changes.
A generation failed — what should I do?
Try rephrasing your prompt or simplifying the geometry. If the failure persists, email support with the thread URL and we will investigate.
What data does AeroCAD store?
Your account email, generation prompts, and generated CAD scripts are retained so you can view them in your history. See our Privacy Notice for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@aerocad.lovable.app from the address on file. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Does the mobile app work offline?
No. CAD generation requires our cloud service. The app needs an internet connection to send prompts and receive results.
