1. Who you are contracting with

AeroCAD is provided by Unsaved Changed, LLC.("AeroCAD", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

AeroCAD turns natural-language part descriptions into executable CadQuery Python scripts using AI models. Outputs are generated and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any script before relying on it.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
  • infringe intellectual property rights;
  • interfere with security (probing, scraping, malware, bypassing rate limits);
  • attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service;
  • jailbreak or misuse AI features to produce illegal content.

You are responsible for your prompts, how you use any outputs, and for having the rights to any content you submit.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the AeroCAD software, documentation, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

6. AI outputs

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case. They are not professional engineering advice. You are solely responsible for validation, simulation, and manufacturing decisions based on outputs.

7. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your access ends and we may delete account data after a reasonable export window.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the service, or breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Unsaved Changed, LLC.'s place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
